Realtykast is launching the first GPS enabled multiple listing service. This will be an invaluable tool for real estate agents and buyers alike. Basically it uses GPS to locate the closest homes for sale. Then the user can call up the multiple service listing service and see the information about the homes for sale in the area. This service can be used on most smart phones and will roll out to a lucky thirty-thousand initial users.

Unfortunately for us the program is only available for realtors right now, but that is sure to change as more people hear about it. Imagine how much easier it would be to buy a home if you could just drive to the neighborhood you wanted to live in and your phone pulled up the multiple listing data for every home in the area?
